Enterprise tools & search engines for AT&T's Chief Data Office

I grew from a junior designer into senior roles leading key initiatives within AT&T’s Chief Data Office. My core projects involved all stages of design for workflow and enterprise tooling used by data scientists, analysts, and engineers. I also established and led an internal consulting group working on short term design projects for teams without dedicated design resources.

AT&T Amp

I led design on a project combining three of AT&T’s internal data and tooling platforms into one website - AT&T Amp. My goal was to bring three separate experiences together through unified search and navigation, with the challenge of maintaining each platform’s unique benefits.

Data 360

Data 360 is AT&T’s largest internal metadata search engine, helping data scientists and analysts find and source data. I led UX design and strategy for the platform, owning the search and content experience while guiding design, planning, and research for our small team.

Ad-hoc design consulting

I established an internal design consulting group to bring human-centered design to teams without dedicated UX resources. Some highlights:

  • Hosted workshops and mentored designers

  • Partnered with teams on projects including holistic design review, design systems, and improving digital accessibility

  • Graphic and print design for digital and physical media
